Form Collection:
Collect completed customer evaluation forms (paper or digital).
Ensure regular retrieval of evaluations following services rendered or products delivered.

Data Entry:
Accurately enter customer responses into a database or management software.
Verify the accuracy of entered data to avoid subsequent analysis errors.

Organization and Filing:
Fold digital forms according to date, type of service, or other relevant criteria.

Preliminary Reports:
Prepare simple summaries (e.g., average satisfaction rate, frequency of negative comments).
Submit these reports to the management team.

Continuous Improvement:
Participate in improving data collection processes.
Suggest adjustments to forms or their distribution method to optimize customer participation.

Confidentiality:
Handle customer data with discretion.
